At Sefag Components AG, people are key. After all, it is the dedication and skill of our members of staff that ensure the quality of our products and services.

We are convinced that our staff are the most important factor in our success. According to our philosophy, one of management’s main tasks is to ensure an environment where all employees have the greatest possible freedom of choice, thus allowing them to get on with their work independently and efficiently. All staff were therefore involved in jointly developing guidelines for the way we are to behave – both internally and externally.

Sefag Components AG works according to the principles of flat hierarchies and a learning organisation. This means meeting one another as equals and acting according to responsibilities and not job titles. All staff at Sefag Components AG have the freedom to make independent decisions in their field of expertise.
