According to our philosophy, one of management’s main tasks is to ensure an environment where all employees have the greatest possible freedom of choice, thus allowing them to get on with their work independently and efficiently. All staff were therefore involved in jointly developing guidelines for the way we are to behave – both internally and externally.
Sefag Components AG works according to the principles of flat hierarchies and a learning organisation.
