Takeover of cnc tech ag

As part of a succession plan, we have successfully completed the takeover of cnc tech ag from Steinhausen. By doing this, we are strategically expanding our range of machinery, broadening our manufacturing expertise in the field of complex components, optimising our manufacturing flexibility and integrating new production technologies.

The integration process got under way in October and the relocation to Sefag Components AG's premises is planned for January. The preparations needed to adapt our facilities accordingly will be carried out in December.

This will affect our entire manufacturing operations and, needless to say, we will endeavour to maintain our delivery service to the best of our ability during the relocation. In order to avoid bottlenecks in calendar weeks 50 and 51, we would be very grateful if you could give us as much notice as possible of your planned orders and deadlines.
